Please read these conditions carefully. By making a booking each person acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as “Guest”) occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest.
Booking Conditions
Cancellation Policy
1. Free cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival applies unless your booking falls into the following peak periods whereby a 50% cancellation fee may apply if you cancel within 14 days of your check in date:
Summer School Holiday period (falls into late December / January with Christmas and NY included)
Autumn School Holiday period (falls into April with Easter included)
Winter School Holiday period (falls into June / July)
Spring School Holiday period (falls into September / October)
Any major events / festivals
2. Please note, we do not process accomodation balances until the day of your arrival unless your booking falls into peak periods as mentioned above. Bookings that fall into these periods we may process a 50% deposit 14 days prior to arrival;
General Terms & Conditions
3. For Christmas/New Year/Major events bookings we may take a pre-authorisation or cash bond. This is up to the discretion of the hotel; 4. We do not accept group bookings unless previously authorised directly with the hotel.
5. Check-in time is from 2:30pm and check-out is by 10:30am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and must be organised beforehand with reception;
6. Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements of damaged items;
7. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in eviction without refund;
8. A security call out fee for lock outs and/or disturbances will incur a fee;
9. By booking an apartment at our hotel, guests agree to abide by all hotel policies and regulations.
The Fun Stuff:
1. You agree to do your best to slow down, relax and enjoy the incredible beauty of Byron Bay;
2. You absolve Management and staff from any damages/responsibility that may be caused due to the “Guest” over consumption at the many ridiculously tempting cafe and restaurants located close by;
3. Management and staff congratulate you for having found the cheapest place to book accommodation with Byron Central Apartments we know it’s not easy, well done!
4. You can rest assured that by booking direct you have also helped the staff and their families to make ends meet and not lined the pockets of some mega overseas company. We humbly say thank you 🙂
